MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Tiffany Pines Community Outreach Center (TPCOC) is to take kids from drug infested neighborhoods, introduce them to a positive environment, building confidence, self-esteem and good work habits.

We have been serving this community since 1990 by annually donating bicycles and computers to children in and around the Sandhills of North Carolina.

The bike/computer giveaway, one of several programs under TPCOC has grown over the last sixteen years from one bicycle in 1990 to approximately 10,750 bikes donated to children by the end of 2007. We are extremely honored to serve our community.

Funding is always needed to enable us to provide the children with bicycles in excellent riding condition and computers that are running efficiently. Funding will also greatly assist in the daily operational functions of this organization. The Bicycleman is calling on you to please consider a donation towards this cause.
