The bicycle/computer program is an annual giveaway whereby bicycles and computers
are donated to children in Cumberland and surrounding counties each Christmas.

 

How do I apply to receive a bicycle or computer?
The parent or guardian of the child/ren must apply at the school the child attends. The school
social worker at that particular school is the only individual who will accept the application and process it to determine eligibility for the program.

How old do I have to be to receive a bicycle or computer?
15 years and below.

How many of each can I get?
(2) Two bikes per family.
(1) One computer is given away per school.

How often can I get each one?
Once every two years.

Is there a fee?
There is no fee, however, we do ask for a donation.

What is the location where I can donate a bicycle or computer?
3469 Black n Decker Road, Fayetteville, NC. Take 301 south to the new Black n Decker Road. and go through the light. The sign is on your right immediately pass the light.   

Where can I apply for bicycle or computer?
At the school your child attends through the school social worker only.

What are the hours to donate a bicycle or computer?
Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm, 8:30am -12noon on Saturday

Do you pick up donations?
Call 822-2034 for an appointment.

Do you deliver the bicycles or computers?
No. Bicycles and computers are donated once a year on site.
